A general meeting has been scheduled for May 6, 2018.  Our board has asked both Ted Behncke and Ed McManus to speak to our group about the challenges of direct care staffing in the current environment.  This is an important topic that directly affects the residents of St. Coletta.  Your attendance would be greatly appreciated.  Please mark your calendars now.

Ed McManus of McManus Consulting is a former attorney for the Division of Development Disabilities, coordinator of the Home Based Program, facilitator of the North Suburban Network, and former reporter/editor of the Chicago Tribune in Springfield and Chicago.  Ed will be talking about Illinois specific challenges and most importantly what parents and siblings can do to help.

Ted Behncke, President of St. Coletta, will also be at our meeting to speak to us on the broader issues and what St. Coletta is proactively doing to stay ahead and provide great service to our residents.
