The Illinois Friends golf outing is scheduled for June 25, 2018 to be held at Royal Melbourne Country Club.  We are in need of sponsors, volunteers and golfers for this event.  If you would like more information, please contact Russ Schaefer.

This year our event will be presenting a special award to Brian A. Chicione, M.D. and the Down Syndrome Center.  Dr. Chicione has had a positive impact and brought critical awareness to the Down Syndrome community.  His lifelong commitment to the health and wellbeing of all individuals mirrors the philosophy of both St. Coletta and the Sisters of St. Francis.  Please join us for a fantastic day of golf, food, beverages, prizes, fellowship and the opportunity to honor Dr. Chicione and support individuals with development disabilities.

Our golf committee will be offering several trips in the oral auction (provided by our nonprofit partner AmFund).  Listed below is a summary of the trips being offered:

Castles of Ireland – Enjoy this lovely trip to Ireland touring castles, pubs and enjoying leprechauns.

Tuscany – For food, fun and laughter, there is no better place than Tuscany.

St. Andrews – Enjoy the game of golf where it was first played.

Bodega Bay Golf – Jet to San Francisco, play golf and tour the wineries at Napa Valley.

Florida Golf – Golf, sand and sun in Florida.
